Courtney Jared Bannan, Esquire

Courtney Jared Bannan is a distinguished attorney, law professor, author, speaker, and entrepreneur known for her multifaceted expertise and visionary leadership in the legal field.

Armed with a Juris Doctor degree focused on International and Comparative Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance, she merges legal acumen with business insight. Recognizing the importance of mindfulness, Ms. Bannan became a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher, integrating mindfulness into her legal practice.

Admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, and Texas, she also holds the designation of Certified In-House Counsel in Arizona. Ms. Bannan is barred in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the Western District of Texas. Additionally, she is a Foreign-Registered Solicitor in England and Wales.

Courtney’s career began as a litigator, evolving into the role of Chief Legal Officer for leading corporations, including a major FinTech entity.

As the founder of The Entrepreneur’s Law Group and the creator of the legal app “dSkribe”, Courtney is at the forefront of legal innovation, consistently pushing the boundaries of traditional legal practice at the intersection of law, finance, and technology.

She is also a published author of Ready, Set, Launch: The Essential Playbook for Entrepreneurs, which has sold out twice on Amazon and is now available at Barnes & Noble.
